Dietary treatment of diabetes

① control of daily intake of total calories to achieve or maintain ideal body weight;

② a balanced diet;

③ Select the diversification of food, cereal is the foundation;

⑥ reduce or taboo monosaccharide and disaccharide food;

⑦ high dietary fiber diet;

⑧ reduce salt intake;

⑨adhere to less food more times, from time to time, quantitative, set meals;

⑩ water, limiting alcohol consumption.
