Drinking coffee can reduce type 2 diabetes incidence

A study by Danish scholars show that there are plenty of coffee may reduce the incidence of type 2 diabetes rates.

Danish National Institute of public health and the environment of researchers in the 17,000 aged 30-60 years of age had a multi-year longitudinal study. They found that a daily cup of coffee Cup of not less than 7 people, than a day after a couple of drinks or fewer a low incidence of diabetes by 50%.

The researchers noted that while caffeine reduces insulin sensitivity, but the coffee in the other ingredients, such as magnesium and chlorogenic acid may have beneficial effects on the body.
